- Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely feedback, content, images, and other materials required for project completion.
- Revisions: The number of revisions included in your package will be specified in your agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before final delivery. Once approved, additional changes may be charged separately.
Payment Terms
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require an upfront deposit before starting work.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays or suspension until payment is received.
- Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- No Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Client Content: You retain full ownership of all content, images, text, and materials you provide to us.
- Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final website design and code specific to your project.
- Third-Party Assets: Some elements may include third-party components (fonts, libraries, plugins) that are subject to their respective licenses.
- Our Portfolio: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
- Code Reuse: We retain the right to reuse general code structures, techniques, and methodologies developed during your project for future projects.
- Trademark: You may not use our company name, logo, or trademarks without written permission.
Warranties & Limitations
- Service Quality: We strive to deliver high-quality work but do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Browser Compatibility: Websites are tested on major browsers and devices, but we cannot guarantee perfect display on all configurations.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or domain registrars.
- Maintenance: Post-launch website maintenance and updates are not included unless specified in your package.
- Security: While we implement security best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Termination & Cancellation
- Client Termination: You may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. Payments made are non-refundable, and you will be billed for work completed.
- Our Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior.
- Project Abandonment: If you fail to respond to communications or provide required materials for 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned.
- Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
- Data Return: Upon termination, we will provide you with available project files, subject to full payment of outstanding invoices.
Prohibited Usage
- Illegal or unauthorized project requests
- Malware transmission or system abuse
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Promotion of hate or violence
Jurisdiction
We believe in good-faith negotiations first. Most disagreements can be solved through a simple call.
Legal matters are governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Bareilly, UP.
Finality
If any provision here is found invalid, the remaining terms still apply. We reserve the right to evolve these terms as the digital landscape changes.
